Letitia Wright (Doctor Who, Urban Hymn) has become the latest addition to the cast of Black Panther, with Variety reporting that the British actress has signed on for a role in the upcoming Marvel blockbuster.
Wright – who will also be seen in 2018’s Ready Player One – joins a cast that includes the returning Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa alongside Lupita Nyong’o (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) as Nakia, Michael B. Jordan (Fantastic Four) as Erik Killmonger, Danai Gurira (The Walking Dead) as Okoye, Winston Duke (Person of Interest) as M’Baku, Forest Whitaker (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) as Zuri, Daniel Kaluuya (Black Mirror) as W’Kabi and Florence Kasumba (Captain America: Civil War) as Ayo.
Black Panther is set for release on February 16th 2018, and has Ryan Coogler (Creed) directing.
