Is this the logo for The Fantastic Four reboot?

January 13, 2015 by admin

Following talk that our first glimpse of the movie will be released next month (attached to Matthew Vaughn’s comic book adaptation Kingsman: The Secret Service), the rumour mill on Josh Trank’s seemingly silent The Fantastic Four continues to roll.

The next piece of information comes from a Reddit user named “MrBlueFox” who claims to be “an employee at 20th Century Fox” who was hired to edit the second rough edit of the movie. The posts were deleted, but saved by an IMDB user and posted by the good folk at CBM.

Check out the logo below:

THE FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

The Fantastic Four is set for release on August 7th 2015, with Josh Trank (Chronicle) directing a cast that includes Miles Teller (Whiplash) as Mr. Fantastic, Kate Mara (American Horror Story) as the Invisible Woman, Michael B. Jordan (Fruitville Station) as the Human Torch, Jamie Bell (Nymphomaniac) as The Thing, Toby Kebbell (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) as Doctor Doom, Reg E. Cathey (The Wire) as Dr. Storm, and Tim Blake Nelson (The Incredible Hulk) as Harvey Elder.
