Some new Star Wars casting announcements for you. No, it’s no Billy Dee Williams.
Lupita Nyong’o has joined the cast of Star Wars: Episode VII. Her Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 12 Years A Slave was thoroughly deserved so this is great news.

“I could not be more excited about Lupita and Gwendoline joining the cast of Episode VII,” says Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. “It’s thrilling to see this extraordinarily talented ensemble taking shape.”
