Saber Interactive has revealed that the next major DLC for their hit co-op zombie shooter World War Z: Aftermath will be arriving on Playstation, Xbox and PC on 5th December. This new content, called ‘Valley of the Zeke‘, will include new maps, more survivors plus the arrival of premium weapon and character skins.
Valley of the Zeke features three new maps that will lead survivors through a whole new storyline set in Arizona. Players will be able to play as four brand-new characters as they lead a convoy of survivors through the American Southwest to safety.
Releasing alongside this new content pack is a free update featuring a set of new mutators for Challenge Mode Mode and Challenge Horde Mode, such as equipping all auto-turrets with explosive ammo or a wild west theme with repeater rifles and revolvers.
The update also introduces different zombie types, including zombies of military personnel that are still wearing their combat armour (providing a tougher challenge) and the special Juggernaut zombie unit that can charge players down and dish out plenty of pain.
Players will also get the opportunity to kit their characters out with the new Desert Eagle secondary weapon, a large caliber pistol with great stopping power.
Also coming on the 5th December are the new premium character and weapon skin packs. Players will be able to purchase the ‘Pre-Apocalypse Character Skins Pack’ and the ‘Burning Skulls Weapons Skin Pack’ for $4.99 each.
The new DLC, free update and skin packs will arrive on Xbox, Playstation and PC on 5th December.
