Nexon and Marvel have announced that they will be releasing their strategic card battle game Marvel Battle Lines on mobile devices worldwide this month. Featuring hundreds of iconic heroes and villains, Marvel Battle Lines will add a new spin on the card battle genre using a dynamic 3×4 gameboard.
In Marvel Battle Lines players will collect and build their own decks of Super Heroes and Super Villains from literally hundreds of fan-favorite Marvel characters including Iron Man, Black Panther and Squirrel Girl. Then, by combining the abilities of these characters and mastering sound strategies, players can take on opponents throughout single player missions and PvP matches.
This new card battle game will feature a variety of game modes, including a single player campaign containing a completely original story written by Marvel writer Alex Irvine, and a real-time turn-based PvP arena.
Marvel Battle Lines will be available on mobile devices later this month and Marvel fans can pre-register now to receive an exclusive Doctor Strange Super Hero card and 5000 in-game gold.
Also, for those attending New York Comic Con at the Jacob Javits Center this weekend, Marvel Battle Lines will have its own booth that you can visit where you can have a go at the demo. Those who complete the demo will receive an exclusive Marvel Battle Lines pin badge.
