Netflix teases Jamie Foxx vampire hunting action-comedy Day Shift with images and behind-the-scenes video

June 9, 2022 by Amie Cranswick

As part of Netflix’s Geeked Week, the streamer has offered a peek at Day Shift, which sees star Jamie Foxx, producer Chad Stahelski, and director J.J. Perry discussing making the vampire action comedy. Check out the video below, along with some three new images of Foxx and co-star Dave Franco…

In Day Shift, Jamie Foxx stars as a hard working blue collar dad who just wants to provide a good life for his quick-witted daughter, but his mundane San Fernando Valley pool cleaning job is a front for his real source of income: hunting and killing vampires as part of an international Union of vampire hunters.

Day Shift features a cast that includes Jamie Foxx, Dave Franco, Snoop Dogg, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Scott Adkins, and Steve Howey.

Day Shift arrives on Netflix on August 12th.
