Netflix has reportedly snapped up the rights to Charlie Brooker’s Black Mirror and is set to produce “multiple” new episodes of the acclaimed anthology series alongside Brooker’s production company House of Tomorrow.
As yet, the deal is yet to be confirmed by either Netflix or Channel 4, who aired the original episodes of the show and is said to have a first look deal for UK broadcast on any new episodes.
Premiering in 2011, Black Mirror run for two seasons of three episodes apiece, with a Christmas special also airing in 2014, which starred Jon Hamm, Oona Chaplin and Rafe Spall.
