Netflix’s Castlevania was created by Warren Ellis, an author and noted comic book writer. During the summer of 2020, as Ellis turned in the scripts for season four of the series, he was hit with sexual misconduct allegations. Though Ellis has vehemently denied these claims, he still separated from the series. Deadline notes that “he has had no further involvement” with the Castlevania and has not been approached concerning the upcoming spin-off series.
The fourth and final season of Castlevania will premiere on May 13th. The voice cast includes Graham McTavish, Richard Armitage, James Callis, Emily Swallow, Matt Frewer, Tony Amendola, and Alejandra Reynoso.
