New trailer for Blood Bowl 3 puts the Imperial Nobility team in the spotlight

June 2, 2021 by Andrew Newton

NACON and Cyanide have released a new trailer for Blood Bowl 3 that places the spotlight on the Imperial Nobility, a brand new team coming to the playfield, watch this trailer below.  The developers have also announced a date for early access and started registration for the closed beta.

The sport of Blood Bowl is a hugely popular form of entertainment in the Warhammer World and brings races that are normally hostile to each other together where they can enjoy violence on the pitch instead.  Something so popular obviously has the chance to make lots of money and the rich nobles of the Empire like to get their hands on more wealth.  As such, teams of Imperial Nobles with deep-pocketed sponsors take to the field with the intent to dominate.

The Imperial Nobles are full of pride and prejudice and they tend to recruit only noblemen and the odd ogre for support.  Known for their aggressive defensive and fast counterattacking skills, the nobles have a defensive line consisting of Linemen and Bodyguards, while Blitzers and Throwers work together to lead the counterattack.  Their stable lines, skilful passing and mobility make for formidable opponents.

PC players who can’t wait for the game’s release next February can take part in the early access phase arriving this September, more details to be released closer to the time.

Finally, those interested in taking part for the closed beta, taking place between the 3rd and 13th June, can click here to register their interest.

Blood Bowl 3 arrives on PC and consoles in February 2022.
