With production now underway on 20th Century Fox’s Deadpool movie, The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that newcomer Brianna Hildebrand has signed on to play the obscure mutant Negasonic Teenage Warhead – a character created by Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely, who made her debut in New X-Men #115 in 2001. She is described as “a pale-skinned student at a mutant academy”, although the character is expected to see some action, with Hildebrand currently undergoing physical and stunt training for the role.
