Nicole Kidman to star in Adrian Lyne’s Silent Wife

May 30, 2016 by Gary Collinson

Variety is reporting that Nicole Kidman (Queen of the Desert) has signed on to star in Silent Wife, which is being directed by Adrian Lyne (Unfaithful) from a script by Billy Ray (Captain Phillips).

Silent Wife follows “a spouse who discovers that her husband is leaving her for a younger woman. She responds by beginning to plan his murder.”

The project follows hot on the heels of the news that Michael Douglas and Halle Berry are to appear in Silence, another upcoming film from Lyne, whose past credits include the likes of Fatal Attraction and 9 1/2 Weeks.
