Back in February it was reported that Netflix is developing a live-action series based upon the classic video game franchise The Legend of Zelda, which was being described as “Game of Thrones for a family audience.”
Well, it looks like the story was inaccurate, as Nintendo CEO Satoru Iwata has debunked the claism in an interview with TIME, stating that: “As of now, I have nothing new to share with you in regard to the use of our IPs for any TV shows or films, but I can at least confirm that the article in question is not based on correct information.”
