No Time to Die, the latest instalment in the 007 franchise, has once again been delayed as a result of the ongoing global health crisis. The film, which was previously scheduled for an April 2nd 2021 release, will now debut on October 8th 2021.
Daniel Craig’s fifth and reportedly final James Bond outing, No Time to Die was originally intended to release in November 2019 but was later hit with numerous delays as a result of director Danny Boyle departing the project and being replaced by Cary Joji Fukunaga, and then later due to the coronavirus pandemic which saw the closure of movie theatres across the world.
This delay may not come as much as a surprise as movie theatres around the world and in the UK – one of Bond’s biggest markets – are seemingly not going to be operating to usual standards for another few months.
