Oscar-winning filmmaker Martin McDonagh may be deep in production on his new film The Banshees of Inisherin, but it seems he’s already readying his next project with an as-yet-untitled package receiving multiple offers at the American Film Market.
As reported by Deadline, McDonagh has put together “a killer script” which will reunite him with Sam Rockwell (Seven Psychopaths, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri) and Christopher Walken (Seven Psychopaths), which also has Oscar Isaac (Dune) attached. Plot details are being kept under lock and key for the time being.
McDonagh is currently shooting The Banshees of Inisherin with his In Bruges stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson – his first project since the Oscar-winning Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri. Joining Farrell and Gleeson in the cast of that film are Barry Keoghan (Eternals) and Three Billboards’ Kerry Condon.
