Pedro Pascal, who stars as Din Djarin in The Mandalorian, says he doesn’t know how many more seasons of the show there will be.
After the epic second season of The Mandalorian, Star Wars fans are clamouring for the story to continue. With Grogu and Din separating at the end of the season and with Din now in possession of the fabled Darksaber, there is surely a lot of juicy storytelling coming our way.
But how much longer can we expect the show to continue after the confirmed season three? Star Pedro Pascal certainly isn’t the person to ask as he has told ET that he doesn’t know how many more seasons there will be:
“No idea, I have no idea. Because I think that quality is always gonna override quantity. So as long as it’s staying at this incredible standard to which it is at, it’s more a matter of that than anything else.”
The show has been a massive hit for Disney+ and Lucasfilm so the demand is certainly there but hopefully, creative leads Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have a set story and finish point in mind so that the quality remains high across its entire run.

We can expect the third season of The Mandalorian to begin shortly after The Book of Boba Fett finishes its run on Disney+, which is a limited series that will arrive in December 2021.
The Mandalorian season two sees the returning Pedro Pascal (Din Djarin), Gina Carano (Cara Dune), Carl Weathers (Greef Karga), Giancarlo Esposito (Moff Gideon), Bill Burr (Mayfield), and Ming-Na Wen (Fennec Shand) joined by the likes of Temuera Morrison (Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones), Katee Sackhoff (Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Timothy Olyphant (Justified), Michael Biehn (The Terminator), Rosario Dawson (Daredevil), and WWE Superstar Sasha Banks.
