PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds arrives on Playstation 4 in December

Those among you who have been awaiting the Playstation 4 release date of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds can breath a sigh of relief as PUBG Corporation has announced its launch on 7th December.  You can watch the new trailer below…

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds will be released with three fan favourite maps: Erangel, Miramar and Sanhok and will also include all the major features that have made it so popular on other formats, including ranked system, event mode, achievements and much more.

There are three different pre-order bundles available until launch, these are:

  • Looters Edition – includes base game only.
  • Survivor’s Edition – includes base game, Survivor Pass: Vikendi, 2,300 G-Coin Pack and 20,000 BP.
  • Champion’s Edition – includes base game, Survivor Pass: Vikendi, 6,000 G-Coin Pack and 20,000 BP.

G-Coins are used to buy cosmetic items, such as skin set and parachute sets.  BP (Battle Points) are awarded after battles and can be used to purchase crates containing cosmetic items.

“We’re excited to expand our PUBG service and introduce new communities to our Battle Royale game” said Changhan Kim, CEO, PUBG Corp. “PlayStation has developed an amazing community of passionate gamers and we can’t wait to join them this holiday season”

PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS is a battle royale shooter that pits 100 players against each other in a struggle for survival. Gather supplies and outwit your opponents to become the last person standing.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds arrives on Playstation 4 on 7th December.
