Lionsgate Games and nWay have revealed a brand new gameplay trailer for their upcoming beat ’em up Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid. This new trailer showcases the brutal action as the Red and Green Rangers duke it out. You can watch this new trailer below…
Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid is a modern take on the 25 year old franchise and will see generations of classic Power Rangers characters and the villains fight it out with hard hitting sword attacks, blasters and punches and kicks galore.
This latest game for the beloved series does away with all the complicated attack patterns that other beat ’em ups favour and instead provides a streamlined combat system with simplified controls that makes it easy to pick up and play for newcomers to the franchise and the genre. However, don’t be tricked into thinking that it’s not for the seasoned pro as the game maintains a depth that makes it a challenge for the dedicated pro to learn and master.
Players will be able to take on their friends and players around the world in the online multiplayer and there will be opportunities to participate in online tournaments and missions throughout the year. There will also be a story mode for those who want to pit themselves against the AI.
Power Rangers: Battle For The Grid will be coming to PC and console this April.
