Rachel Zegler leads an all-star cast in trailer for Netflix’s fantasy-flick Spellbound

Skydance Animation and Netflix have released the trailer for their fantastical family-film Spellbound, which tells the fairy-story of a princess who must go to great lengths in order to remove a spell that has turned her parents into monsters.

Directed by Vicky Jenson (Shrek) with an original score from EGOT-winning composer Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast) and lyrics by Glenn Slater (Tangled), Spellbound has an impressive voice cast led by Rachel Zegler, John Lithgow, Jenifer Lewis, Nathan Lane, Tituss Burgess, with Javier Bardem, and Nicole Kidman. From the creator of TOY STORY, the co-director of SHREK, and the composer of THE LITTLE MERMAID, the new Netflix film SPELLBOUND follows a tenacious young princess (Rachel Zegler) who must go on a daring quest to save her family and their kingdom after a mysterious spell transforms her parents (Nicole Kidman & Javier Bardem) into monsters.

Spellbound premieres on Netflix on November 22nd, 2024.
