As traditional on the eve of the Oscars, the Golden Raspberry Award Foundation announced the recipients of the 2023 Razzie Awards last night, as the Ada de Armas-led Marilyn Monroe film Blonde fought off stiff competition from Pinocchio, Good Mourning, The King’s Daughter and Morbius to claim the ‘Worst Picture’ award.
This year’s Worst Actress award went to The Razzies themselves after their controversial decision to nominate 12-year-old Firestarter actress Ryan Kiera Armstrong exploded in their face, while Jared Leto was named Worst Actor for Morbius, joined by Adria Arjona as Worst Supporting Actress and Elvis’ Tom Hanks for Worst Supporting Actor.
