Resident Evil 3: The Board Game coming to Kickstarter

April 25, 2020 by Andrew Newton

Stormforged Games has announced they will be launching a Kickstarter for Resident Evil 3: The Board Game on the 28th April.  With this boardgame fans of the series will be able to continue their terrifying fight against Umbrella and their creations even if the electric goes off.

To ensure simplicity, Stormforged will release the Kickstarter with just one pledge level called S.T.A.R.S. which will provide backers with:

  • The Resident Evil 3: The Board Game with kickstarter exclusive box art.
  • Kickstart exclusive S.T.A.R.S. Jill Valentine model.

Plus, if the kickstarter gets 2,500 or more backers within 48 hours then there will also be an exclusive Jill Valentine.

The game will include 62 terrain elements, Raccoon City Dashboard, 24 enemies, a rulebook and scenario book, and four player characters so players can enjoy the terror with friends.  Other items included in the box are:

  • 21 Game Tiles.
  • 78 Tokens.
  • 11 Tracker Dials.
  • 4 Player Health Tracks.
  • 6 Dice.

There’s also set of Raccoon City Kickstarter Tiles as a special extra for those who backed the Resident Evil 2: The Board Game.
