Scooby-Doo movie Scoob casts young Fred and Velma

Warner Bros. Pictures has announced that Pierce Gagnon (Looper) and Ariana Greenblatt (Avengers: Infinity War) have been cast as the voices of the young Fred and young Velma in the upcoming animated Scooby-Doo movie Scoob.

Scoob is being directed by Tony Cervone and will see the Mystery, Inc. gang joining forces with other characters from the Hanna-Barbera universe to save the world from the evil Dick Dastardly.

The voice cast for Scoob includes Zac Efron (Fred), Amanda Seyfried (Daphne), Gina Rodriguez (Velma), Will Forte (Shaggy), Tracy Morgan (Captain Caveman), Frank Welker (Scooby-Doo), Kiersey Clemons (Dee Dee Skyes), Mark Wahlberg (Blue Falcon) and Jason Isaacs (Dick Dastardly), while Iain Armitage (Young Sheldon) and Mckenna Grace (Captain Marvel) are playing young versions of Shaggy and Daphne.

Scoob is set to hit cinemas on May 15th 2020.
