Deadline is reporting that Shannen Doherty has officially signed on to appear in the upcoming Beverly Hills, 90210 ‘revival’ BH90210, where she’ll reunite with original stars Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris, Brian Austin Green and Tori Spelling.
Created by Mike Chessler and Chris Alberghini, who worked on The CW’s 90210 reboot, BH90210 will see the actors portraying heightened versions of themselves, who have all gone their separate ways since the end of the original series but reunite in an effort to get a reboot of the teen soap up and running.

In addition to starring, Doherty will also serve as an executive producer on the six-episode Fox series alongside Doherty will executive produce alongside Carteris, Garth, Green, Priestley, Spelling, Ziering, Alberghini, Chessler and Patrick Sean Smith.
BH90210 is scheduled to air on FOX in the summer.
