The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones) and Dylan McDermott (American Horror Story) have signed on to appear in the indie drama Huntsville. They will be joined in the cast by Jack Kilmer (The Nice Guys).
The project is based on Anthony Ragnone’s 2014 Black List script and “centers on Hank (McDermott), a solitary man living a dull existence in a sleepy Florida town who raises eyebrows when he develops a questionable relationship with Josie (Turner), a recently transplanted high school student.”
Production on Huntsville will get underway in Los Angeles this month, with Eric England (Contracted) directing. The project had initially been shopped around at the Toronto Film Festival last year, with Anya Taylor-Joy (The Witch) and Shea Whigam (Boardwalk Empire) attached.
