Having hit North American cinemas back in August, UK fans have been made to wait for the arrival of the live-action big screen reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but the Heroes in a Half-Shell are finally set to land on this side of the Pond on this coming Friday (October 17th), with previews also screening all this week.
Directed by Jonathan Leibesman (Wrath of the Titans) and produced by Michael Bay (Transformers: Age of Extinction), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles stars Megan Fox (Transformers) as April O’Neil, Pete Ploszek (Parks and Recreation) and Johnny Knoxville (Jackass Presents Bad Grandpa) as Leonardo, Alan Ritchson (The Hunger Games: Catching Fire) as Raphael, Jeremy Howard (How the Grinch Stole Christmas) as Donatello, Noel Fisher (Battle Los Angeles) as Michaelangelo, Danny Woodburn (Seinfeld) and Tony Shalhoub (Monk) as Splinter, William Fichtner (The Dark Knight) as Eric Sachs, Will Arnett (The LEGO Movie) as Vernon Fenwick, Whoopi Goldberg (Ghost) as Bernadette Thompson, and K. Manhattan is plagued by crime, violence and fear, thanks to the evil ways of Shredder and his criminal Foot Clan. But help is on its way from an unlikely source as four super-human super turtles rise up from the filthy subterranean sewers and join forces with news reporter April O’Neil to defeat evil.
