With Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker just days away from release, EA Games has released a trailer for Star Wars: Battlefront II Celebration Edition, which includes content from the final film in the Skywalker saga as well as loads of other bonuses from the game. Watch the trailer below…
The content will go live tomorrow, December 17, where players can experience battle as a Resistance soldier or First Order trooper on a new jungle planet. New available characters for the First Order will be the Sith Trooper and Jet Trooper while the Resistance will have the Ovissian Gunner and resourceful Caphex Spy. In addition, the loveable droid BB-8 will become a playable hero in a January 2020 update.
Star Wars: Battlefront II Celebration Edition includes the base game, all past and upcoming free game updates, over 25 Hero Appearances, including six Legendary Appearances and one appearance each for Rey, Finn and Kylo Ren based on their Rise of Skywalker appearances. Also available will be over 125 Trooper and Reinforcement Appearances, 100 Hero and Trooper Emotes and Voice Lines and more than 70 Hero and Trooper Victory Poses.
Any players who already own Star Wars: Battlefront II will be able to upgrade to the Celebration Edition for $24.99 and gain access to all the content in the new edition. Additional content will roll out in January.
