Back in September 2016, it was announced that Tom Hanks is set for a World War II return in Greyhound, a drama which he has scripted himself, and now comes word on three additions to the supporting cast.
Joining Hanks in the film, which is being directed by Aaron Schneider (Get Low), are Stephen Graham (This Is England), Elisabeth Shue (Death Wish) and Rob Morgan (Mudbound).
Greyhound will see Hanks as a career naval officer given the command of a destroyer, who along with the enemy fights his self doubts and personal demons to prove he belongs.
Sony is financing the project, which has a budget of $30 million, and is slated to shoot in Baton Rouge aboard the USS Kidd.
