SEGA has announced that Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD is set to release on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch on 29th October. A Steam release is planned for winter. First released on the Nintendo Wii back in 2006, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD brings the fun of the series to modern consoles along with updated graphics and revised control schemes.
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD provides players with 100 challenging single player stages to work through plus 10 multi-player mini-games, there’s also a brand new mode called Decathlon that will see players complete a set of 10 mini-games in a row.
In a first for the series, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD introduces Online Leaderboards so that players can compete with other gamers around the world in single player Time Attack and Decathlon modes.
Return to a bananas world with Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD! Help AiAi and friends to gather the golden bananas, scattered by the devious Space Alien Pirate King. Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD is rolling to a system near you on 29th October, 2019.
