European Smash Bros fans, rejoice! Nintendo have brought forward the release date of Super Smash Bros for Wii U by a whole week! The game will now release on November 28th, rather than December 5th as was originally intended.
The new release date brings the European release of the game closer to that of the American one, which releases on the 21st.
Alongside the game, Nintendo also plan to release the game bundled with the GameCube adaptor on the same day. The version bundled with the Mario amiibo figure will still launch on December 5th, while the official Super Smash Bros version of the GameCube controller will also launch a week earlier.
This marks a significant change from Super Smash Bros Brawl, which, after numerous delays, was finally released in Europe over three months after its American counterpart.
