Synth platformer Spectrum Break arrives on Android later this month

November 10, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Synth aesthetic physics platformer Spectrum Break will be arriving for Android on 23rd November.  First released on Steam back in March, the mobile release will keep all the challenging charm that made it so popular.  Developer Jason Hein has released a new trailer to coincide with the game’s upcoming Android launch, and we have it for you below…

Spectrum Break is a physics platformer that will see players reshape a level by playing it.  Blocks that make up each level react to being pushed by the player and this will cause them to light up, as the game progresses the puzzles become more challenging with the introduction of different types of blocks that need to be lit.

The game features:

  • Dynamic levels that react to the player’s movements so that every play through will be unique.
  • A smooth gameplay with vibrant colors and synth music to create a hypnotic, upbeat and calming atmosphere. The calming music is accompanied by smooth but challenging gameplay.
  • 55 levels that grow in size and complexity as new types of blocks are introduced.
  • A secret block to discover in every level and 6 real achievements.
  • Challenging puzzles that test reaction times and puzzle solving skills.
  • Several routes to victory depending on playstyle.  Some players rely on quick platforming skills, others on thoughtful strategy.

Spectrum Break arrives on Google Play on the 23rd November.
