During Marvel’s big Phase Four unveiling at the San Diego Comic-Con International back in July, it was announced that Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster will be making her return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2021 as he character assumes the mantle of the Mighty Thor for Thor: Love and Thunder.
However, will Portman’s Goddess of Thunder will make her debut in the film, returning Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi has now clarified that Chris Hemsworth’s Thor will still be the lead in the movie, the fourth instalment in the Thor solo series. Check out his comments to MTV News here…

Thor: Love and Thunder is set for release on November 5th 2021, and will see Chris Hemsworth’s Thor and Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster joined by returning Thor: Ragnarok and Avengers: Endgame star Tessa Thompson, while Waititi will also reprise his role as Korg.
