Teaser poster for indie horror Cannibal

December 20, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Indian filmmaker Faisal Saif, director of the controversial horror Islamic Exorcist, has unveiled the teaser poster for his next film Cannibal, which rather ambitiously promises “the most disgusting horror film you will ever see”. Take a look here…

“I was always fascinated by the idea of making an exploitation horror by keeping the female antagonist in the center,” said Saif. “I remember approaching Meir Zarchi two years back for carrying forward the tribute legacy of I Spit On Your Grave in my own way with a different script, but Zarchi wasn’t interested. I moved on and came across a true shocking event of cannibalism and I kept researching it more and more. I am confident viewers will be more scared than I Spit On Your Grave.”

Cannibal is co-written by Tom Stoops and produced by John Reign (Exorcism of 7th Demon, Blood Woods) for Pole Star Studios and it stars Kavita Radheshyam (Islamic Exorcist), Michael Parle (Demon Hunter), Allie Marshall, Brandy Reign, Dawna Lee Heising.
