THR is reporting that up-and-coming actor Gil Perez-Abraham (Orange Is the New Black, The Walking Dead: World Beyond) has joined the cast of Warner Bros. and DC Films’ The Batman.
Details on Perez-Abraham’s role are being kept under wraps, but he joins an impressive cast that includes the likes of Robert Pattinson as Batman, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as The Riddler and Colin Farrell as The Penguin.
The Batman is currently shooting in the UK under director Matt Reeves (War for the Planet of the Apes), who recently unveiled some test footage which gave us our first look at Pattinson in the Batsuit. Some set photos have since surfaced which feature the actor’s stunt double in full costume and riding the Batcycle.
