After being shut down due to a positive coronavirus test, The Batman has resumed filming in the UK.
The turbulent production of Matt Reeves’ The Batman continues. First, the film had to shut down due to the pandemic, and then after resuming filming just recently it had to pause shooting again because Robert Pattinson tested positive for the virus.
Fortunately, The Batman is now back up and running again with Pattinson cleared to resume his duties as the Dark Knight.
In a statement given to Variety, Warner Bros. said: “Following a hiatus for COVID 19 quarantine precautions, filming has now resumed on ‘The Batman’ in the U.K.”
With the film’s first trailer building a massive amount of hype for the film, fans will be hoping that no further hiccups happen along the way.
