Ronda Rousey’s defeat at UFC 193 doesn’t seem to have slowed the MMA fighter’s transition to Hollywood, with Deadline reporting that Rousey has signed on to star alongside Tina Fey in the comedy Do Nothing Bitches, which has been written by Paula Pell (Sisters).
The site reports that the film is “a female-empowerment tale dealing with wealthy pampered wives who get a rude awakening at a camp where Rousey plays the no-nonsense instructor.”
Rousey is set to appear in the lead role in MGM’s upcoming Road House remake, and will also play herself in the biopic My Fight/Your Fight. Meanwhile, Fey will next be seen in Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot, which is set for release in March.
