Tom Baker to voice a Star Wars character

August 14, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Former Doctor Who star Tom Baker was in Slough this past weekend for the Day of the Doctors convention, during which he revealed that he’s set to voice a Star Wars character.

“I’m going to be in this new Star Wars thing, you know?” said Baker, via SciFiFantasyNetwork. “I’m going down to recording some voices for this new character they’ve created for me, very soon.”

Of course, given the rapidly-expanding nature of the Star Wars universe these days, Baker’s character could be a CGI creation for Star Wars: The Force Awakens or one of the several spinoff movies, or an animated character in Star Wars Rebels.
