Spider-Man actor Tom Holland is currently preparing for his role in the planned Uncharted movie.
Fans have been waiting for an adaptation of the immensely popular and critically acclaimed PlayStation series Uncharted for years and it seems like this time the venture might be getting somewhere.
Tom Holland is currently attached to star in the movie with Stanger Things producer Shawn Levy directing what will be a prequel to the games, featuring a young Nathan Drake.
Holland is apparently already preparing for the role, taking to Instagram to post a video of an Uncharted title screen, along with a comment that says “for research purposes”.
Seems like Tom Holland is officially locked in as Nathan Drake, as of earlier this year it sounded like there was some question about it.

Months have gone by without much word on the project and Holland’s casting itself was even put under question when the actor revealed in July that his involvement was only at the conversation stages. This post is of course by no means a confirmation of that production is ready to move forward, however, so fans will have to wait just a little longer.
