Tommy Wiseau, the actor-filmmaker behind The Room, is certainly making the most of his newfound fame following the release of James Franco’s The Disaster Artist, which chronicled the making of his 2003 cult classic.
Wiseau has got his new film Best F(r)iends – reuniting him with The Room co-star and Disaster Artist author Greg Sestero – coming out in two volumes this month and next [watch the trailer here], he’s working on a 3D version of The Room, and is even looking to bring it to Broadway.
Well, that’s not all we have to look forward to, as Wiseau has revealed to THR that he’s shot another movie, Scary Love, which has been directed by Jennifer Juniper Stratford and is described as “a science fiction tale told in the style of classic B-movies and outfitted with practical special effects, laser beams and lunatic ideas which are guaranteed to make it the next big midnight movie hit.”

As yet there’s no word on a release date for Scary Love, but you can catch the first volume of Best F(r)iends on March 30th.
