…Wonder Woman will of course be followed in November by Zack Snyder’s Justice League, and it seems that Batman and Superman won’t have quite resolved all of their differences, with Henry Cavill stating that: “There’s pretty much an argument between [Superman] and Batman as to who is the leader [of the team].” Expect this argument to lead to verbal sparring, rather than the full-blown fisticuffs of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice…
…Superman may also find himself facing off against another adversary, with Dwayne Johnson setting tongues wagging by sharing a photo of himself and Henry Cavill complete with the caption “#DCWorldsWillCollide”. Given that Johnson is attached to play Black Adam in the Shazam movie, this naturally sparked speculation about a possible appearance from the Man of Steel, or a potential crossover movie further down the line…

…George Lucas is heading to DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, with Matt Angel (Grimm) set to portray a young version of the Star Wars creator in the upcoming midseason premiere of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, titled ‘Raiders of the Lost Art’. “Because of circumstances, the time aberration in episode 209 is George Lucas quits film school,” states executive producer Marc Guggenheim. “As a result, he never makes Star Wars or Raiders of the Lost Ark. As a result, Ray, who became an engineer because of Star Wars, and Nate, who became a historian because of Raiders, slowly start to lose their brilliance, because those things that inspired them to become who they are didn’t exist. We were watching a cut of it, and I said to Greg Berlanti that 209 is either going to be the episode where we’ll say that the show found a new gear in terms of how zany it can be, or it’s the episode that’s going to get us all fired,” he continued. “It really is. You’re laughing out loud, I think with it, but it’s like, ‘Are we really doing this?’ It’s the ’70s bar fight on steroids. The whole episode is that level of crazy…”
…Fox has teased the return of Cameron Monaghan’s Jerome with an official synopsis for the midseason premiere of Gotham season three ‘Ghosts’ which reads: “Falcone places a hit on Gordon after learning that he shot Mario. Gordon and Bullock discover a follower of Jerome (guest star Cameron Monaghan), who plans to bring him back to life. Meanwhile, Penguin spirals out of control before the biggest television interview of his Mayoral career, and Bruce and Selina deal with Selina’s mom’s return to Gotham in the all-new “Mad City: Ghosts” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, Jan. 16…”
