It looks like Kieron Gillen and Jamie McKelvie’s Eisner Award-nominated The Wicked + The Divine could be the latest comic book series heading to the small screen, with Universal Television picking up the rights to the Image Comics title.
Launching last June, The Wicked + The Divine tells the story of a group of individuals known as The Pantheon, who each possess superpowers after being chosen to merge with the spirit of a deity.
