Van Saar gang to join the fight in Necromunda: Underhive Wars next week

December 11, 2020 by Andrew Newton

This coming Monday, Rogue Factor and Focus Home Interactive will be releasing the first DLC for Necromunda: Underhive Wars  which will see the arrival of the military-like Van Saar gang join in the battle for dominance in the Underhive.

The Van Saars are very different when compared with the other gangs that inhabit the violent Underhive, they display an almost military understanding of tactics and skills with ranged weapons that sets them apart from all others.  Though most noticeable is their technological superiority over other gangs.

Equipped in their iconic uniforms, the Van Saars will not hesitate to trade movement capabilities for greater firepower and will happily destroy opposing forces with waves of laser fire, bolter rounds and turret fire.  This new gang provides a unique way to take advantage of the tactical depth and verticality of Necromunda: Underhive Wars and will challenge players to rethink how they’ve been playing with the other gangs.

As with all other gangs, the Van Saar will have their own customisation options, their own career choices, traits, skills and equipment. Players will be able to recruit fighters, develop their gangers and choose tactical consumables and much more.

The Van Saars will be setting up camp in Necromunda: Underhive Wars on 14th December on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
