Lewy Buck reviews Pure Farming 2018…
As a resident of the great British west country I’m all too familiar with the sight and smell of modern day farming with tractors leaving inches of mud on the road, blaming the smell of the fertilizer on your friends backside and being woken up at early hours of the morning from the banshee like screams some cows somehow manage to make. I understand that farming is one hell of a job that requires 100% of your undivided attention and because of that I’ve never really been interested in the farming sim genre.
The very peak of my video game farming experience comes from either Minecraft or Stardew Valley or the early days of Harvest Moon, even with the recent success of the Farming Simulator franchise I never felt the urge to go out and experience it for myself but after watching the trailer and reading up on some of Pure Farming 2018‘s features I was pretty excited to throw on my wellies and get stuck in!
