Ready for a third serving of blood and honey? Rhys Frake-Waterfield and Scott Chambers of the prolific horror banner Jagged Edge Productions confirmed that they’ll soon be working on a third installment of Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey.
According to the production team, Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 3 will have “a bigger budget than the previous films” and will introduce even more characters from the original Winnie-the-Pooh stories, including Rabbit, the Heffalumps, and the Woozles.
This news comes after the recent sequel made a splash during its three-day limited theatrical run, where it began at 100% on Rotten Tomatoes and quickly found its way to 50% by the end. It all comes a little over a year from when the first Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey turned the horror world on its head. The 2023 film dropped early in the year with a budget under $50,000 and earned an incredible $5.2 million globally, one of the best budget-to-box office ratios in cinema history.
We get the confirmation of Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 3 a week after Jagged Edge Production showcased their own attempt at a cinematic universe, announcing their so-called Twisted Childhood Universe, which will lead to Poohniverse: Monsters Assemble, a crossover film bringing together characters from Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey and various other incoming projects.

Poohniverse is set for a 2025 release, but it is not known if it will go into production before or after Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 3.
