Deadline is reporting that Wonder Woman co-writer has teamed with Endeavor Content to adapt the Alterna Comics graphic novel Trespasser for the big screen.
Written by Justin M. Ryan, Trespasser takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where war has poisoned the air and ruined the food supply. Described as a contained genre thriller in the same vein as A Quiet Place, it follows “Hector and his daughter, Maria, whose hardscrabble routine changes when a strange visitor arrives in a fiery crash in the forest near their remote home. Confronting the mystery of the outsider, the desperate father goes to unspeakable lengths to protect his child.”
Fuchs is set to produce the feature film adaptation, which has been scripted by Gabe Hobson (True Detective). He is also currently working on the script for sci-fi’s Robotech movie, as well as Warner Bros.’ planned DC Films release Lobo.
