During a presentation at CinemaCon, Disney has revealed that next year’s sequel to Wreck-It Ralph is going by the title Ralph Breaks the Internet, and as rumoured it will see John C. Reilly’s Ralph venturing out into the world wide web.
“To take these characters we love and have them enter the enormous world of the internet has given us so much to explore,” said returning director Rich Moore (via Empire). “Our production team has been hard at work designing a world that takes something we all think we know – the internet – but shows it in a whole new, imaginative way.”
Ralph Breaks the Internet is being directed by Rich Moore and Phil Johnston (a writer on the original movie), and will see John C. Reilly joined by returning voice stars Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch. It is set to arrives on March 9th 2018 in North America, and March 23rd 2018 in the UK.
