Zack Snyder, director of Justice League and Batman v Superman, says he is really excited to see Matt Reeves’ The Batman starring Robert Pattinson.
A new incarnation of Batman is always a tantalising prospect and it turns out even Zack Snyder is looking forward to seeing the latest film to tackle the Caped Crusader.
Even though Snyder has his own connection with Batman and Ben Affleck’s portrayal of the hero, when speaking to Beyond the Trailer, he revealed that Matt Reeves’ The Batman is something he is looking forward to:
“You look at what Matt’s doing with Batman, and by the way I’m super excited about that; I think he’s an amazing filmmaker and I think it’s going to be great. And Robert’s cool, I just think it’s great. I’m a fan, so I’m excited.”

It’s nice to hear that Snyder is anticipating another version of Batman, despite the rocky reception his own films featuring The Dark Knight have received. Hopefully, The Batman can impress both Snyder and audiences worldwide.
